Terms of Use and Refund Policies
Refunds
We understand that last minute problems or emergencies can come up. Once a session is booked and paid for, if you are unable to attend for some unforseen reason, we will still honor your time and reschedule your session. Once you have booked a session, though we will not issue a refund if you cannot attend, we will allow you to reschedule up to 3 times before your time is forfeited.
Refunds due to computer error
If you are charged extra money by our system due to computer error, we will ofcourse refund your money. If you accidentally click the wrong button and pay the wrong amount, you have 30 days to request a refund for the difference. This does not include booking time and then later deciding you do not need that much time, or booking more time because you forgot how much time you had previously booked.
Customer Conduct
Please remember, you are speaking with an INSTRUCTOR. Respect your instructor and your instructor will respect you. Our instructors have worked in this industry for years and all have resumes with A-list entertainers as clients. We do NOT tolerate rudeness, disrespect, or harrasment. We are the teacher, you are the student. If a student becomes rude, aggresive, or disrespectful towards the instructor, we reserve the right to end the sesson without refund.
